On my way home last night noticed a little something going on at Nespresso in collaboration with Vanity Fair. White tent-like covers surrounded the front of the coffee shop and a security guy out front, along with a Vanity Fair Jaguar parked outside. Couldn't tell if anyone interesting was inside...too bad, would have liked to spot Graydon Carter or his assistant and beg for a res at the Waverly.

Update: As I've been reading this morning via sites like Jezebel, it seems this was probably part of Vanity Fair's "Campaign New York"...whatever that means.
Grew up in the Land of Oz and currently figuring out how to make the dream a reality in the Big Apple. I love creativity and I think too much for my own good. I'm a fashion mag junkie. I have an affinity for all things French and one day hope to be a permanent fixture in Paris as co-owner of a fabulous Parisian-American cafe/bookstore/boutique. A fortune cookie once revealed to me, "You will always get what you want through your charm and personality." I like to believe that's true.
